Production offices:
Several rooms available located on the same level as the arena floor.

Capacity:
Max. 23 000 people. 15 000 permanent seats. 3 000 chairs on movable grandstands and on the floor, or 7 000 standing on the arena floor. Max cap “in the round” 25 000 people.

Floor arena:
10 000m²– 23 meters to the soffit, 33 meters to the roof.

Load-in:
Clearance 5 meters

Truck access to arena floor:
Yes – one entrance 370 high and two 320.

Power:
Concert power – 1400 amp. 400 volts, 5-pole round pin plugs. From roof 5 x 63 amp.

Stage:
Stands can be pushed in to accommodate the stage, allowing more space on the pitch. No in-house stage. Can be rented locally.

Food & Beverage:

Merchandise:

Truck/Bus parking:
Compound area right outside the loading gate for semi trucks.

Parking:
Parking for approximately 1500 cars in immediate vicinity. Much more parking available within a 15 minute walk.

Transportation:
Bus from downtown Oslo to Fornebu every 10 minutes, with a max travel time of 20 minutes. Also, local trains and buses to Lysaker station and a short 15
minute walk to the arena.

Rigging:
24 movable 2500 kilo swl cranes, 11 movable 250 kilo swl cranes.

Rigging regulations:
Apply to all personnel engaged in overhead technical rigging, with equipment to be suspended, working in the rigging area and spotlight operators. The regulations must be read and signed. Hard hats must be worn in rigging period. Hard hats are available at the venue.

HSE:
All subcontractors must document to the organizer that they have HSE procedures in place by submitting a declaration of compliance with the Health, Environmental and Safety Regulations. Subcontractors must also be informed of the rules governing rigging in Telenor Arena.

Draping:
Black backdrop. Lots of black draping for dividing the arena and to cover seat kills.

Internet Lan/Wlan:
Broadband Internet connections available through LAN or WLAN in arena, backstage area and dressing rooms. Call for more info.

Dressing rooms:
Located same level as arena floor. With toilet and shower.

Pyrotechnics:
Allowed with approval by the local fire department.

Forklift:
Schäffer Pro 46 joint-controlled. 1150 – 1550 kg.

Multicore run:
In tunnel. Diameter 10 cm.

Barricades:
Rented locally.

Curfew:
24:00 (12 am midnight)

From Oslo take the E18 towards Drammen. When you come to Lysaker, follow signs to Fornebu. Follow the main road and you will find Telenor Arena to the right of the first roundabout.
