Bieber will return to Oslo and Norway. Bieber will be here in connection with the world tour - Believe - April 16th, 17th and 18th, performing at the Telenor Arena. 

The new album "Believe" is the sequel to Justin's Christmas album "Under The Mistletoe" and the soundtrack to "Never Say Never" (the best-selling concert movie in American history), and thus his third first-place debut on Soundscans sales lists within 18 months - making him the first solo artist to have three first places on the Billboard list before he turned the age of 18.

Justin has dominated both popular culture and social media for the past two years. He has over 50 million Facebook fans, 33 million followers on twitter, and an incredible 3.3 billion YouTube views, making him the most popular YouTube artist. With over 15 million albums sold well, Bieber was in 2012 not surprisingly ranked as the third most powerful celebrity in the world by financial magazine Forbes. "Believe" is Justin Bieber's second world tour - and includes his first full concert in Norway.

He stresses that they had nothing to do with the super star's much-publicized visit to Norway in May. "This is something completely different, this is a full concert package in a safe environment. We have been working to arrange these concerts for over two years. Justin is going to create an awesome stage show, the production is huge," says Osmundsvaag.

The ordinary ticket sales for the concert in Norway starts Thursday July 12th at 09.00 at Billettservice. There, fans can also buy bus tickets.
